Harold-John Pador built stayahuman after spending years inside the music industry, government events, and AI product development. That's not a resume. It's the reason the program works.
The sessions work because the content is real, not researched.
Harold's been doing the work, not studying it. The gap between how AI gets discussed in boardrooms and how it actually behaves in production is significant. The people in this room need to understand the latter.
A decade across the music industry, live events, government, and technology. Not three separate careers. One continuous argument.
Started at WIN Television producing promos under daily deadlines. Moved into the music industry: ARIA's Great Southern Nights, coordinating hundreds of artists across NSW. Spent two years at Destination NSW reviewing and approving government investment in major cultural events. Ran experiential campaigns at INVNT, one of the world's top brand-event agencies. Has been on the door at Splendour. Managed an independent band for six years.
Spent years inside the platforms stayahuman teaches about. Not reading case studies on them.
Then built AI products at Wide Worlds: fan edit generators, agentic clip search, music-driven content tools. Saw what happens when AI gets it wrong, in a live product with real users, not in a case study.
"I don't teach AI by studying it. I teach it because I've built with it, and watched it break in ways nobody prepared me for."
Greater Sydney, Illawarra, and regional NSW. National engagements by arrangement. In-person always preferred. This stuff lands differently live.
